Nibras Sohail is a distinguished educationist, writer, translator, and broadcaster with over three decades of experience in academia, literature, and electronic media.
She holds a Master’s degree in English Literature and has been associated with Radio Pakistan, Bahawalpur, as a broadcaster since 1993, contributing meaningfully to intellectual and cultural discourse through radio programming.
With 16 years of academic service in Dubai, she served as a Lecturer in English and Head of the English Department at Pakistan Education Academy, Dubai, where she played a pivotal role in curriculum development, teacher training, and academic leadership.
She has also served as a Principal of an educational institute and delivered lectures at Sarhad University, Ras Al Khaimah Campus.
Currently, she is the Founder and Head of ZAQ International, an educational institute committed to providing inclusive, value-based, and holistic learning opportunities aimed at students’ academic, intellectual, and personal development.

It was the year of 1988 when I started my professional career from Daily News Papers and Magazine as a freelance writer and Journalist.
In 1989 I started my career of Film and TV and I provided my services to TV Channels, Media Houses, Advertising Agencies, NGOs and Manufacturing Companies for Productions of TVC, Documentary Films, Corporate Video, Discussion Program, Drama, Musical Productions as Writer, Producer and Director for main stream TV Channels and for Digital Platforms as well as up to this date.
I also produced Current Affairs Programs, News Reports and Bulletins from 1990 to This date as an International Correspondent, News Producer and as Special Correspondent for TV Channels and Digital News Networks and Online News as well
In the year 1998 I acquired the experience of Launching of a Renowned Television Channel
(Prime Television Network U.K and Norway) and I head the Transmission Strategies by making Playlist of Transmission And Encapsulated Complete Transmission as an In-charge Programs in Lahore. I also head the MCR in Oslo and monitored the daily transmission of Prime TV Network Norway, UK and USA since September 1998 to September 2000. This transmission was on aired from Oslo, Norway Studio of (Telenor) on 14th September 1998 and it was watched in U.K, Schengen Countries and European Countries as well as in USA through the Encrypted system.
I designed the Programming by F.P.C and prepared the Playlist and Presentation by Making of Television Transmission with Encapsulated Broadcast .
My second project is Filmazia that the First Film Based TV Channel in Pakistan and I provided my services for Preparation of Programming through FPC, Playlist and Presentation and I head this
TV Channel as an Incharge of Programming From June 2004 to March 2005 in Lahore Pakistan.
This is the time of year 2025 and I am fully prepared and enthusiastic for launching of New TV Channels for my clients Either it is Main Stream Satellite TV Channels, Web TV Channels or Digital TV.
I also Joined the Trade Exhibitions and events As Media Partner, as an International Correspondent and as a Professional Media Consultant.
I produced news production on various topics like, IT, Technology, Health, Trade, Food, Humanitarian Activities, Real Estate in Different Trade Events and Cultural Events.
I managed the mega events for WHGT Dubai at BIG – 5, 2013/14 W.E.T.E.X, BIG Show Oman, and INTERSEC at D.W.T.C as the part of W.H.G.T Dubai.
